Kitchen Addition Project

The project at 3014 Bayo Vista was a collaborative effort between the kitchen designer, Lisa Cannelora of Cucina di Cannelora, the contractor, Greg Diaz, of Builders Unlimited and myself at Joseph Landry Design.

The owner hired the kitchen designer first and during design the scope included adding onto the back of the house to make the kitchen much larger to accommodate and large center island and two stoves and pantry space. The addition would also had a nice upstairs laundry room off of the stair hall. A balcony off of the master bedroom was also a bonus amenity over the new kitchen addition.

I was brought in to provide all of the new elevation drawings and obtain all of the permits for the expanded construction.

The project was so beautifully built by Builders Unlimited. All of the exterior details that I added to the drawings, including corbels and wrought iron railing and brick steps tied the home together seamlessly.
