Craftsman Remodel and Breakfast room addition Project

The project at 1722 San Jose Ave is a breakfast room pavilion addition and a kitchen remodel at the rear of a stunning 1910 Craftsman.  The entire home is being lovingly restored to its original splendor and needed a gourmet eat-in kitchen to match the dining and living room entertainment spaces.

I designed a unique square gazebo with vaulted clerestory cupola for informal daily dining which is also open to the enlarged gourmet kitchen.

Upstairs, I designed a new master bath suite and added a guest bath off the upper hall.  A guest cottage was also designed for the rear garden that includes a pergola pavilion.
