Art Studio Project

The Art Studio project at 1901 Schiller St. was a wonderful referral from a previous client an neighbor friend. The client is a wonderful artist that had a need for an art studio connected to her residence. Her two bedroom Victorian bungalow was on a small corner lot.

I worked closely with the city planners to get permission to design a two story 350 SF art studio on her side lot connected to the house through French doors.

The studio additions proportions look and feel like it was always a part of the main house. The vaulted ceiling and large windows with skylights bring in lots of natural light to the Studio. The client is thrilled that she can create in her own place again!
